Wet n wild H2O Proof Felt Tip Liquid Eyeliner - Black 5ml
The liquid of this liner is too sticky and thick and dries off too soon making it even more difficult to set the shape right. The colour is black nor grey but a mix of both. One thing I have noticed is that after an hour of application it tends to wear off dropping black particles all along the cheek.
