| Typographical Errors

Love4Perfume.com holds a variety of over 2000 brand name fragrances. Each and every one of our products has its own description, its own price, its own picture and other details such as scent, recommended wear and so on. Some errors may occur on minor item details such as definition of the application mechanism ("spray" or "splash"). As these vary from time to time according to manufacturer's preferences, we cannot guarantee that the item you will receive will have the same mechanism. All other product details are guaranteed to be accurate and we will replace any item which does not match the description with no restocking fee. Although we strive to avoid typographical errors when entering and updating data, these may still rarely happen. In any case of uncertainty or typographical error, the internal data of Love4Perfume.com will determine the actual price or product specifications.

| Visualization Errors

In the case of a picture appearing in the site that does not match the product's name and description, it is the sole responsibility of the client to make sure that the product ordered is indeed the one he intends to order - according to it's name as it appears in the product description, in the shopping bag and in the order confirmation details. The pictures in the site are used for visualization purposes only and may not always be accurate, although in 99% of the cases they are.
We guarantee that all products we sell are original, authentic and genuine. In some rare cases, there may be differences between the boxes and bottles shown in the picture and the actual merchandise, which are caused by manufacturer's variations. Product packing and bottles may also change from time to time according to manufacturer, especially with gift sets, and we will sell the product that we were provided with, regardless of the way one may suppose the product he ordered should appear. Gift sets, the items they contain and their arrangement, change very frequently according to manufacturer, and the information in the gift set's description may not be updated immediately. They may add an item (e.g. body lotion, body powder) and then remove it in the next gift set they produce. These items are the gift set's accompanying items, not the main product (which is the fragrance itself) and Love4Perfume.com assumes no responsibility as to the presence of a specific accompanying item in a gift set. We can only guarantee that the gift set is in fact what the manufacturer's distributor has provided us with.
Again, Love4Perfume.com will always sell the original fragrance, never an imitation, but packing may differ from time to time. If you would like to make sure that the current version of the product you ordered has the packing that you expect it to have, please write to us before ordering and we will be glad to give you an updated description of the product's packing or content, if it is a gift set.

| Cancellation of Orders

We will never charge a client without prior notification and approval, but we reserve the right to cancel orders in which the price appearing on the site is erroneous. In any case, the client will always be notified before any action is taken. Coupons will not be applied to an order after it has been submitted. |
