When using your credit card for payment on our site ensure that the address you provide us with is the same address your credit card billing statements are mailed to. Our online credit card authorization gateway verifies these details before processing a transaction (AVS).

You may also pay with a money order or a cerfitied check, in U.S. dollars only, using our printable order form. We will process your order 24 to 48 hours after we receive your payment.

Just make an order like you would usually do, i.e. by adding products to your shopping bag and checking out, and select "PayPal" as your payment method. You will then be transferred to PayPal & Love4Perfume's integrated payment system to complete your PayPal user information.
If you make a payment using the "instant" method, your order will be processed 24 to 48 hours after its submission. If you choose to pay using an eCheck to PayPal, it may take them up to 4 business days to clear that payment. Once they do that, our systems will synchronize and we will continue with processing your order. |
| Sales Tax, Shipping and Handling Information

Sales Tax
Love4Perfume.com is a New York-based company and therefore required by State law to collect 8.625% sales tax on all orders shipped within New York. All orders outside of New York are exempt from sales tax.
All orders, within United States, will be shipped via UPS from our New York, NY distribution center. Orders are processed daily Monday thru Friday during normal business hours (9:00 am-6:00 pm, except Saturday, Sunday and statutory Holidays).
Shipping charge is non-refundable for the following packages: Returned Packages; Unclaimed Packages; or Undeliverable Packages. If it is our shipping error the charge is refundable. A charge of $5 will be applied to your account if an address correction/ re-directing of your package is made by our courier.
Free Shipping
All orders above $99 are eligible for FREE UPS Ground shipping, with the following exceptions:
- Shipping to Canada will receive a flat rate shipping charge of $6.99 (still a great discount!).
- Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii will still be free, but will be sent via US postal office.
Shipping to Canada
We do not collect extra shipping charges for shipping to Canada. Our shipping calculator accepts Canadian postal codes as well as US zip codes. It will connect to UPS online, and receive a list of available shipping methods and prices to the requested postal code.
International Shipping
We ship internationally, with some restrictions:
- Order must total $200 or more.
- Payment must be made through either PayPal or an international money order.

We accept only United States and Canadian based credit cards, because we are using AVS (Address Verification System) on our online authorization gateway and this system is not yet available for other countries.
Customs and Duties (International shipments only)
Each country has a different set of rules regarding regulations and percentages charged on goods crossing the border. We sell the goods free of sales and export tax when shipped outside the USA. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to take care of import duties and taxes for their respective countries, if there is any. We assume no responsibility whatsoever for those extra charges. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.
Return Policy
We firmly believe that each and every customer of ours should be completely satisfied both with our products and our quick and safe order process.
We offer a 14 day no questions, no hassle money back guarantee. If, for any reason, you would like to return or exchange your purchase, you may do so within 14 days from the date of purchase. Product should be unopened and in its original package. You may exchange your item(s) for different item(s), or request a full refund of the purchase price plus any applicable sales tax. Please note that the shipping fee will be charged to your account, as well as a restocking fee valued at 15% of the product?s price (returns only).
A re-shipping charge will be applied to exchanges, for the additional shipping costs.
Any returns / exchanges that are in non-saleable / original condition will not receive a refund and will be reshipped back to the original recipient at the recipient's expense.
When returning a product, please email us first at with your reason for the return so that we can expedite the return processing. We will then give you a return ID authorization number and instructions on how to ship the product to us. We will notify you again of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. If you paid by credit card, the debited amount will be returned to the card number. If you paid by PayPal, the debited amount will be returned to your PayPal account. If you paid by a certified check or money order, a company check will be sent to you only after receiving the product.
If a fragrance is damaged during shipment, please store the fragrance in a safe place and contact us immediately to file a claim at UPS. Please note that it is very important for you to retain the damaged product in order to file the claim. Call 1-800-PICK-UPS, and file the claim with your tracking number. They will inspect the damaged shipment, and will compensate us in return. Then, we will re-ship a replacement item to you.
We will replace a product if defected, or errors or mistakes were made by us in the shipping process.
