I have hooded asian eyes and no regular mascara leaves me without raccoon eyes. TUBING 4ever! I too prefer the Hourglass but just barely. I also tried the No 7 Stay Perfect Mascara- it’s an excellent cruelty free drugstore brand (so is the Loreal Paris Voluminous Million Lashes but it’s not cruelty free). I’m currently trying the em cosmetics tubing mascara with Victoria Beckham’s up next as a comparison. I haven’t formulated an opinion on the em yet.
