If there’s one thing Urban Decay is really good at, it’s producing high-quality eye makeup. And, well, also coming up with names for their makeup that will pique anyone’s interest. Today, I will be reviewing a black eyeliner pencil by the brand, which happens to be named “Perversion.” To see how it performs, read on!
